The style of this home is very modern and the colour themes are neutral and relaxed, with the emphasis on quality and well chosen finishes.
Our clients had purchased a block and chose us as expert home builders sloping sites, so a split level home design worked best for them. The ground floor area was built to house a well equipped gym, and also incorporated a kitchenette and full bathroom. Cleverly, we were able to gain some extra storage space in this zone, due to the fall of the land. The main level contains all the bedrooms and an open plan living area, luxurious bathrooms and a designer kitchen. A butler’s pantry was incorporated into the design, as a clever way to increase storage and minimise mess in the main kitchen area.
Timing was of great importance to our clients, as they had suffered many delays with the planning of their new home, so when we became involved, we were able to implement our proven systems, to make steady progress. The reward for us, was being able to hand this stunning new home over to our clients, a week before their wedding day, as they had planned the celebrations to include their new home, and we pulled out all the stops to make sure it was ready on time.
One of these clients comes from a family of tradesmen, and has a great eye for detail, so they could really appreciate the quality and high level of workmanship that produced such a beautiful home.
